International Orders
We ship here, there, and everywhere! To receive a quote on international shipping, please contact us listing the items you wish to purchase and the country where they will be sent.
APO/FPO Addresses
Our brave, selfless military men, women, and families serving abroad receive the same low shipping rate as US domestic addresses.
Back Orders
Although we try our hardest to keep all of our products in stock, there may be times that items are not immediately available for shipment. In these instances we would hope that you would find our products worth the wait, but you do also have the option to cancel your order for these items.
Sales Tax
Residents of Oklahoma will be charged sales tax on their purchase.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Checks, and Money Orders. Rocks, sticks, and Monopoly money are not accepted, but chocolate may be considered.

We love to think of wild sales and zany coupons that save you major bucks! Although some of our sales will be posted on our site, our best sales are promotion codes only sent to those signed up to receive them. Shipping & Processing
Shipping charges are based on the total weight and size of the merchandise ordered. Our standard shipping charges not only include the transportation of the items but also the processing and packaging of the items.
Delivery
Most items in our catalog will be delivered within 5-7 days. Oversized items require more time in transit. Delivery typically occurs within 7-14 days on these large items. Purchases shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, and to international destinations will require additional shipping time. No guarantees can be made on delivery times.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
We like to keep our customers informed about their orders. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Once your order has shipped, we will send a second email containing the shipment and/or tracking information of your order. You may also always track your order by logging into your account.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something just doesn't work out, we completely understand. Our return policy is simple. Just return the unwanted item in new condition within 30 days from the date purchased for a full merchandise refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Due to the nature of such items, monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned unless due to defect. Additionally, we can not accept returns on final sale items and some seasonal items as noted in the description of these particular items.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We wish that we could hand deliver orders to each of our wonderful customers to ensure a safe and timely delivery, but as it turns out we have to entrust the help of USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, and DHL. As hard working and diligent as these folks are, sometimes things happen between point A and point B. So if you receive a package that looks like it was on the bottom of a shipment of pianos, please let us know right away so we may remedy the situation.
